DECISION
The claimant’s claim in respect of wages is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £350 in respect of wages.

The respondents were not entitled to participate in the hearing, because none of them had presented a response within the relevant time-limit.
REASONS
1. On the basis of the claimant’s oral testimony, I was satisfied that he was employed by the respondents under a contract of service and that he is due wages, to the extent indicated above, from the respondents.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
