DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal was given orally with reasons at the tribunal. The tribunal concluded that the claimant was not an employee but was a self-employed contractor. On that basis the tribunal had no jurisdiction to hear the complaint of unfair dismissal and the complaint was dismissed.
