    RESPONDENT: MA Transport Ltd

    DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

The relevant time limit for presenting a response has expired. No response has been presented by the respondent. I hereby determine the following claims without a hearing.

    I determine as follows:

    (A) The claimant's wages claim is well founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,126 in respect of wages.

    (B) The claimant's holiday pay claim is well founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,002 in respect of holiday pay.

    (C) The claimant's notice pay claim is well founded. It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £563 in respect of notice pay.

These claims have been determined without any assistance of evidence, because they are undefended.
