THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 4228/17IT
CLAIMANT: Angela Donnelly
RESPONDENTS: 1. Jackie Kirkpatrick (also known as Jackie
Kirkpatrick-Stagg)
2. Department for the Economy
DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
The relevant time limit for presenting a response has expired. No response has been presented by Ms Kirkpatrick (the first-named respondent). I have decided to determine the claimant's redundancy pay claim without a hearing. I determine as follows:
The claimant's redundancy pay claim against Ms Kirkpatrick is well-founded. It is declared that Ms Kirkpatrick is liable to make a redundancy payment of £1,728 to the claimant.
This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
