The claimant did not appear and was not represented.
The respondent was represented by Mr Morris of Peninsula Business Services Limited.
1. The claimant did not attend and provided no explanation for her non-attendance. She had also not attended on the previous Case Management Discussion on 24 May 2019, again without explanation.
2. The tribunal awaited for ten minutes after the starting time of 11.00 am.
3. The claim is therefore dismissed in its entirety. No evidence had been presented to support that claim.
