DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
The time for presenting a response having expired, the tribunal declares that the claimant’s complaints of:-
(i) breach of contract (arrears of pay); and
(ii) failure to pay wages – unauthorised deduction from wages
are well-founded.
Any remedies to which the claimant is entitled in respect of the above complaints will be determined at a hearing, notice of which will be issued shortly.
