The relevant time-limit for presenting a response has expired.  No response has been presented by the respondent.  I have decided to determine the following claim without a hearing.  I determine as follows:

 

The claimant’s redundancy pay claim is well-founded.  It is declared that the respondent is liable to make a payment of £2,714.05.

 

 

1.            This judgment is based on the following information:

 

                        Gross Weekly Pay                                                   -           £319.30

                        Number of Actual Completed Years of Service  -           7

                        Age on Date of Dismissal                                       -           44

                        Multiplier (for Redundancy Pay)                            -           8.5

 

2.            This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
