ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL PROVISIONS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1951 -
LONG TITLE

An Act to make provision with respect to the defrayment of certain
capital expenditure; with respect to costs and fees in Land Registry
matters; with respect to references to arbitration under the
Industrial Courts Act, 1919; with respect to the salaries and
superannuation of certain officers; and for purposes connected with
the matters aforesaid.

SECT 4
Arbitration Act (Northern Ireland), 1937 not to apply to references
under Industrial Courts Act, 1919.

4.(1) For the removal of doubt it is hereby declared that nothing
in section twenty-eight of the Arbitration Act (Northern Ireland),
1937, shall be construed as applying any provision of that Act in
relation to any reference to an Industrial Court established in
Northern Ireland under the Industrial Courts Act, 1919, or to any
reference to arbitration under the said Industrial Courts Act, 1919.

Subs.(2) amends s.3 of 1919 c.69

9.(1) This Act may be cited as the Administrative and Financial
Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1951.
