ALLOTMENTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1932 - SECT 10

Expenses of local authority.

10. The expenses incurred by the local authority in carrying the provisions of
this Act into effect shall be defrayed out of the rate or fund applicable to
the purposes of the Public Health (Ireland) Acts, 1878 to 1918.
