AERODROMES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1971 - SECT 12

Control of noise.

12. An aerodrome undertaking shall take such measures as the Ministry may
direct for limiting noise and vibration or mitigating their effect and, in
particular, for restricting the use of the aerodrome to aircraft and persons
complying with the Ministry's requirements in that behalf.
