APPELLATE JURISDICTION ACT 1908 - SECT 4

Resignation of members of the Judicial Committee.

4. Any member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council may resign his
office as member of that Committee by giving notice of his resignation in
writing to the Lord President of the Council.
