CRIMINAL LAW ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967 - SECT 11

Pardon.

11. A pardon in respect of any offence, if granted by warrant in due form,
shall be of like effect as a pardon under the Great Seal, but save as
aforesaid nothing in this Act shall affect Her Majesty's royal prerogative of
mercy.
