DISEASES OF ANIMALS (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1966 - SECT 1

1. Section 3 of the Diseases of Animals Act (Northern Ireland) 1958
(in this Act referred to as "the Act of 1958"), which contains
provisions with respect to eradication areas and attested areas for
cattle, shall apply to, and to diseases of, other animals and
poultry as it applies to cattle and diseases of cattle, and,
accordingly, ... residue inserts s.3A in 1958 c.13 (NI)

IIA(ss.32A32G) in 1958 c.13 (NI); subs.(2) rep. by 1968 c.67

DISEASES OF ANIMALS (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1966 - SECT 6
Financial provision.

6. There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament any
expenses incurred by the Ministry in consequence of the passing of
this Act, including, in particular, so much of

(a)any payments to be made to persons such as are first described
in sub-paragraph (iii) of section 3B(2)(a) of the Act of 1958 in
respect of the matters referred to in that sub-paragraph; and

(b)any moneys out of which compensation is to be paid under
subsection (2)(d) of the said section 3B,

Short title, citation and commencement.

DISEASES OF ANIMALS (AMENDMENT) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1966 - SECT 7

7.(1) This Act may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Amendment)
Act (Northern Ireland) 1966, and this Act and the Act of 1958 may
be cited together as the Diseases of Animals Acts (Northern Ireland)
1958 and 1966.
