EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 111 



111.(1) There shall continue to be

(a)a body to be known as the Northern Ireland General Certificate of Education
Examinations Board (in this Part referred to as "the G.C.E. Board") which
shall conduct examinations for the Northern Ireland General Certificate of
Education; and

(b)a body to be known as the Northern Ireland Certificate of Secondary
Education Examinations Board (in this Part referred to as "the C.S.E. Board")
which shall conduct examinations for the Northern Ireland Certificate of
Secondary Education.

(2) The constitution of the G.C.E. Board shall be as provided in that behalf
in Part I of Schedule 14 and the constitution of the C.S.E. Board shall be as
provided in that behalf in Part II of that Schedule.

(3) The supplementary provisions contained in Part III of Schedule 14 shall
have effect in relation to the G.C.E. Board and the C.S.E. Board.
