EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 56

56.(1) The provisions of Parts I and II of Schedule 10 shall apply to the
appointment of a teacher to a controlled school and to the transfer of a
teacher employed by a board to a controlled school [under the management of]
that board and the provisions of Part III of that Schedule shall apply to the
appointment of a peripatetic teacher or a supply teacher.
