FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 50

Placing fishing engine with intent to prevent fish entering nets lawfully set.

50. If any person wilfully and maliciously places any fishing engine with
intent to prevent fish from entering the nets of any other person set and
placed in a lawful manner such first-mentioned person shall be guilty of an
offence against this Act.
