FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 53

53. In this Part

"authorised person" means (except where the context otherwise requires) a
member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, a member or officer of the Commission
or a private river watcher;

"officer of the Commission" means an inspector or river watcher appointed
under section fifty-four;

"private river watcher" means a river watcher appointed under section
fifty-five.
