FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 67

67. The provisions of this Act relating to offences apply to

(a)acts and omissions in the Londonderry Area by any person, and

(b)acts and omissions in any part of the Foyle Area by a person resident in
Northern Ireland.
