FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 70

Residence of body corporate.

70. For the purposes of this Part a body corporate shall be deemed to be
resident in Northern Ireland if it is incorporated under the law of Northern
Ireland.
