Trial of offences. 72. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other enactment, an offence against this Act may be heard and determined by a court of summary jurisdiction upon the complaint, oral or otherwise, of the Commission or an officer of the Commission or a member of the Royal Ulster Constabulary but not of any other person, except with the consent of the Commission.
