FOYLE FISHERIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1952 - SECT 80

Inquiries.

80.(1) The Commission may from time to time hold an inquiry in relation to the
fisheries of the Foyle Area or any of them and the best means to be adopted
for the management, conservation, protection or improvement thereof.

(2) An inquiry may be conducted by the Commission or by a person appointed by
it for the purpose.
