GOVERNMENT LOANS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1957 - SECT 1

1.(1) There shall be a Government Loans Fund (in this Act referred to as "the
Loans Fund") under the control of the Ministry of Finance (in this Act
referred to as "the Ministry") consisting of such securities and such money,
and applicable to such purposes, as are provided by this Act.

(2) In the accounts of the Loans Fund the receipts and payments shall be
distinguished in respect of capital and in respect of income.
