GOVERNMENT LOANS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1957 - SECT 12

Ulster Loans securities.

12. The Ministry may from time to time create, under such designation as it
thinks fit, such securities (in this Act referred to as "Ulster Loans
securities") bearing such rate of interest and subject to such conditions as
to redemption, repayment, or otherwise as the Ministry may determine.
