GOVERNMENT LOANS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1957 - SECT 23 



23. The Ministry may borrow money for the purpose of providing for issues to
the Loans Fund from the Consolidated Fund under section eight, paragraph (c)
of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section ten, or sub-section (2) of
section nineteen.
