INDUSTRIAL ASSURANCE (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1979 - SECT 24 



24. The provisions of Schedule 5 shall, in the case of a collecting society or
an industrial assurance company, have effect in relation to valuations and to
the other matters specified therein, including the powers of the Commissioner
in any case where the valuation discloses a deficiency.
