INDUSTRIAL ASSURANCE (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1979 - SECT 40 



40. [Sections 42 and 43 of the Insurance Companies Act 1974], as modified in
relation to industrial assurance business by [section 72(6)] (scheme for
transfer of long term business from one industrial assurance company to
another) shall, with the necessary modifications, apply to the transfer of
industrial assurance business from an industrial assurance company to a
collecting society.
