INDUSTRIAL ASSURANCE (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1979 - SECT 50 



50.(1) The Commissioner shall, in every year, make a report to the Head of the
Department of his proceedings under this Order, which may contain any comments
he may consider desirable to make on the valuations, annual returns or other
documents or matters brought before him under this Order, and any
correspondence in relation thereto, and the Head of the Department shall lay
the report before the Assembly.

(2) The Commissioner shall include in his report under paragraph (1) a report
of his proceedings under the Insurance Companies [Act 1974].
