51.(1) Where, under this Order, the Commissioner awards that a collecting society be dissolved and its affairs wound up, the award shall be made in like manner and have the like consequences as if it were an award made under section 84 of the Friendly Societies Act, and may direct in what manner the assets are to be divided or appropriated. (2) Where the Commissioner has made, in respect of a collecting society, such an award under this Order as is mentioned in paragraph (1), the society may appeal against the award to the High Court.
