INDUSTRIAL ASSURANCE (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1979 - SECT 22

22. A collecting society and an industrial assurance company shall cause to be
set out, in every premium receipt book provided by the society or company for
use in respect of policies of industrial assurance, the matters specified in
Schedule 4 relating to the statutory provisions specified in that Schedule.
