30.(1) Where an employee is entitled to return to work and has exercised her right to return in accordance with Article 29 but is not permitted to return to work, then, she shall be treated for the purposes of (a)the provisions of the No. 1 Order relating to unfair dismissal, and (b)the provisions of the Act of 1965 relating to redundancy, (2) The provisions of Schedule 2 shall have effect for the purpose of supplementing the foregoing provisions of this Order relating to an employee's right to return to work.
