42. For the purposes of Articles 37 to 41 (a)a trade union shall be treated as recognised not only if it is recognised for the purposes of collective bargaining, but also if the Agency has made a recommendation under Article 7(1) of the No. 1 Order for recognition of that union [which has not been revoked]; (b)the working hours of an employee shall be taken to be any time when, in accordance with his contract of employment, he is required to be at work; and (c)"normal working hours" shall be construed in accordance with Part I of Schedule 2 to the No. 1 Order.
