INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (NO.2) (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 48



48. The provisions of Schedule 3 shall have effect in place of Part I of the
Terms and Conditions of Employment Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 and that Part
shall cease to have effect.
