INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (NO.2) (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 61

61.(1) Where it appears to the Head of the Department that under any enactment
of the Parliament of the United Kingdom a change is contemplated or has been
made in the law of Great Britain relating to

(a)the Redundancy Fund or redundancy payments or any other matter dealt with
by or under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1965 and 1969; or

(b)the Maternity Pay Fund or maternity pay or any other matter dealt with by
or under sections 34 to 52 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Employment Protection
Act 1975,

(2) Section 1(3) and (4) of the Social Services (Parity) Act (Northern
Ireland) 1971 shall apply to an order under this Article as it applies to an
order under section 1 of that Act.
