63.(1) All regulations under this Order shall be subject to negative resolution. (2) An order under Article 5(5), 15(5), 16(3), 49(11), or paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 shall come into operation on such date as is specified in the order and shall be laid before the Assembly as soon as may be after it is made, but shall cease to have effect upon the expiration of a period of six months from the date on which it came into operation unless, before the expiration of that period, it is approved by a resolution of the Assembly. (3) An order under Article 6(4), 9(3), 39(4), 46 or 56(8) shall be subject to negative resolution. (4) Any power conferred by any provision of this Order to make an order or regulations shall include power to make such incidental, supplementary or transitional provisions as appear to the authority exercising the power to be necessary or expedient.
