INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (NO.2) (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 64

64. There shall be paid out of the Maternity Pay Fund into the Consolidated
Fund sums equal to the amount of any expenses incurred by the Department, any
other Northern Ireland department or any department of the Government of the
United Kingdom in exercising functions under the provisions of this Order
relating to maternity pay.
