INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 11 



11.(1) The Agency may review existing arrangements for the conduct of
collective bargaining and may make recommendations to trade unions, employers
and employers' associations concerning the introduction of arrangements for
the conduct of collective bargaining or the improvement of existing
arrangements.

(3) The Agency may review progress towards the institution of suitable
arrangements for the conduct of collective bargaining and may send reports
concerning such progress to appropriate trade unions, employers and employers'
associations.
