LAND REGISTRATION ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1970 - SECT 7

Appeal from the High Court.

7. The decision of the High Court under section 6 shall be final and
conclusive on all the parties except that an appeal shall lie, in accordance
with rules of court, to the Court of Appeal

(a)where the decision involves any question of law;

(b)in any other case, with the leave of the High Court or the Court of Appeal.
