An Act to make provision for the exemption of bankers for the purposes of the
Moneylenders Acts (Northern Ireland) 1900 and 1933; to apply certain
provisions of the Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1960 to bodies incorporated
outside Northern Ireland which are excluded from the operation of the said
Moneylenders Acts by virtue of section 6( d ) or ( e ) of the
Moneylenders Act 1900 and to repeal section 1 of the Moneylenders Act 1911 and
section 21 of the Moneylenders Act (Northern Ireland) 1933.{1} [25th November
1969] Ministry certificate that a person is a banker to be conclusive evidence
of that fact for the purposes of the Moneylenders Acts (Northern Ireland) 1900
and 1933.
