MAGISTRATES' COURTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 2

Savings for constitution and powers of juvenile courts.

2.(1) Nothing in this Act shall affect the constitution of juvenile courts
constituted in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to the Children
and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) [1968] or the operation of [section
63] of that Act deeming such courts to be courts of summary jurisdiction.
