MAGISTRATES' COURTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 46

Discharge or committal for trial.

46. A person charged with treason or with any [offence] under the
Treason Felony Act 1848 shall not be admitted to bail except by order of the
[Secretary of State] ... or by the High Court.
