MAGISTRATES' COURTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 55 

1968 c.34

55. Where a person is remanded on bail the recognizance may be conditioned for
his appearance at every time and place to which during the course of
proceedings the hearing may from time to time be adjourned, without prejudice,
however, to the power of the court to vary the order at any subsequent
hearing.
