MAGISTRATES' COURTS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1964 - SECT 80 

Liability of overholding tenant or occupier.

80. Nothing in the provisions of this Act relating to ejectment proceedings
shall

(a)prejudice or affect the right of any owner of property entrusted to the
care of any servant, herdsman or caretaker peaceably to resume the possession
thereof without process of law;

(b)affect the operation of the Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Acts
(Northern Ireland) 1920 to 1961 or the Business Tenancies (Temporary
Provisions) Acts (Northern Ireland) 1952 to 1962;

(c)affect any proceeding instituted before the commencement of this Part.
