MAINTENANCE ORDERS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ACT 1920 - SECT 7

Application of Summary Jurisdiction Acts.

7. The Summary Jurisdiction Acts shall apply to proceedings before courts of
summary jurisdiction under this Act in like manner as they apply to
proceedings under those Acts....
