MAGEE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDONDERRY ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1970 - SECT 8 

Peace Thanksgiving Hostel and Fund.

8. The Trustees shall, on request being so made by the General Assembly

(a)convey the premises situate at 5 and 6 Crawford Square in the City of
Londonderry and known as the Peace Thanksgiving Hostel; and

(b)transfer the unexpended residue of the funds and investments known as the
Peace Thanksgiving Fund;

Exemption from stamp duty.
