PENSIONS (INCREASE) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1971 - SECT 13 

Expenses.

13.(1) There may be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament

(a)any expenditure incurred by a government department under this Act; and

(b)any increase attributable to any provision of this Act in the sums payable
out of money so provided under any other enactment.

(2) There shall be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund any
increase attributable to any provision of this Act in sums so charged or paid
under any other enactment.
