Amount mentioned in certificates to be paid to parties on demand, &c. 15. The company shall, on demand, pay to the party to whom any such certificate is given, or otherwise as herein provided in the cases herein-after mentioned, the amount of monies specified to be payable by such certificate to the party to whom or in whose favour such certificate is given, his or her executors, administrators, or assigns; and if the company wilfully make default in such payment as aforesaid, then the party named in such certificate shall be entitled to enter up judgment against the company in the [High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland] for the amount of the sums specified in such certificate, in the same manner in all respects as if he had been, by warrant of attorney from the company, authorized to enter up judgment for the amount mentioned in the certificate, with costs, as is usual in like cases; and all monies payable under such certificates, or to be recovered by such judgments as aforesaid, shall at law and in equity be taken as personal estate as from the time of the company entering on any such lands as aforesaid.
