Application of 1873 c.48 to canals. 37.Subs.(1) spent; subs.(2)(3) rep. by SLR 1959 (4) Any company allowing traffic to pass from a canal on to any other canal or any railway, or from a railway on to a canal, shall be deemed to be a forwarding company, and the allowing of traffic so to pass shall be deemed to be the forwarding of traffic within the meaning of the above-mentioned Acts.
