ROADS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1980 - SECT 59 



59. Subject to the provisions of this Order, the Arbitration Act (Northern
Ireland) 1937 shall, in relation to arbitrations under this Order, have effect
as if the parties had entered into an arbitration agreement within the meaning
of that Act providing for reference to a single arbitrator.
