ROADS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1980 - SECT 62



62. Where any provision of this Order enables the Department to recover
expenses which it has incurred, the Department may recover those expenses
summarily or in any court of competent jurisdiction as a civil debt due to it.
