REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS NAMES ACT 1916 - SECT 24

Application to Ireland.

24. In the application of this Act to Ireland the expression "trustee in
bankruptcy" shall be construed as including an assignee in bankruptcy and a
trustee of the estate of an arranging debtor.
